Hot Toddy : Usher
R&B crooner Usher will release the Polow Da Don-produced "Hot Toddy" as the second single from his upcoming extended play (EP) "Versus" (out August 24th). The single which is set to impact on US radios on August 9th has leaked today in the Internet. The version we can listen to now features the female vocals of Ester Dean - who also penned the song - and is has been reported to be the demo version. Although, in my opinion, the final version won't be much different beats-wise, it will feature & bring something new as R&B songstress Ciara will replace Ester. If the other "Versus" single; "DJ Got Us Fallin' In Love Again" showcasted Usher's more dance-pop side, "Hot Toddy" is a return to his urban smash sound. Enjoy (Source: directlyrics.com)
