Broken Arrow : Pixie Lott

On Tuesday, British star Pixie Lott premiered via BBC's Radio One her new single "Broken Arrow" - The Toby Gad production (If I Were A Boy, Big Girls Don't Cry) will serve as the lead single from Pixie's upcoming re-release of her debut CD "Turn It Up" expected to hit stores later in 2010. Ms Lott debuted this new song back in July 20th with a live performance at the 2010 iTunes Festival in London (Watch below). So we already knew it was a ballad. However, here we finally have its studio version. I was actually waiting for this to make a final decision which is...big disappointment with this release. I mean, "Broken Arrow" is a good song, with really moving lyrics an beautifully sung by Pixie, no one doubts that, but I was expecting much more - This gets a tad boring after a few plays. My wish was she'd release an uptempo catchy tune but that didn't happen lol. Anyway, "Broken Arrow" will be released in the UK on October 11th (Source: directlyrics.com)
